The KPBX Blues Cruise sets sail on August 26 aboard the party boat Mish-an-Nock. Enjoy snacks, a no-host bar, and topside dancing to one of the region's favorite trios, Too Slim and the (all new!) Taildraggers. The band's music ranges from down-home blues, to funky blues rock, Americana, to Southern swamp rock. In addition to playing many of the top tunes from their past 10 CDs, they'll include some songs from their new release, "Free Your Mind." (March, 2009)

The KPBX Blues Cruise departs promptly from the Coeur d'Alene Resort Boardwalk Marina at 7pm --boarding begins at 6:30pm. Two hours of free parking are available at City Lot, just east of the hotel. Tickets are $20 for SPR members, $25 for the general public, and are expected to sell out. Tickets are not available through the Coeur d'Alene Resort.
